Staying home for vacation?
That is a choice many of us are choosing with the high cost of fuel in America. Because of that and by the request of our readers we have expanded our information on hammocks. A great way to relax at home is in a hammock so we have added some information about popular choices for hammocks in a new section about outdoor hammocks.
We also have a section on camping hammocks for those of you who will get on the road this summer, but save money on a hotel by spending the night outside. Find a way to get outdoors this summer
It seems like so many news reports are telling us how overweight Americans are, I'm tired of hearing about it personally, I bet you are too. That's why we should be looking at creative ways to get outside and work off a little energy and who knows, maybe even some of that weight.
I am always looking for new ways to get out and burn some calories and a quick visit to the Outdoor Basics website might give you some ideas. Here is an example; I recently bought and Aerobie (it's like a Frisbee with a hole in the middle) and that thing is a blast. And it has me running around with the family a little more.
